The term Licensing means that marketing activity through which the holder of the right to a Trademark transfers it to another subject upon payment of a fee (Royalties) in compliance with certain rules defined in the contract. In this way the licensee (licensee) has the right to use and economically exploit the brand or logo, which the licensor makes available with this contract. Our company offers the "TOTAL MANAGEMENT" project which consists of managing the storage and logistics of holograms, guaranteeing a ready stock, organizing shipments all over the world for each licensee, providing immediate delivery by international express courier, offering to the licensor of the monthly reports with the specification of the quantity of holograms delivered and the details of the serial numbers.

Licensees who have decided to let Licensors use the personalized-numbered hologram on each product placed on the market have ascertained the spontaneous increase in royalties revenue up to 23%, avoiding audit costs and hassles. Finally, the use of the personalized-numbered hologram makes it possible to trace the geographical movements of the products.

From the Reserved Area of this site, the Licensor can have direct access to the database (updated in real time) of the distribution of holograms to the various Licensees for each serial number (laser engraved on the hologram). It is possible to order or extrapolate data in full autonomy, 24 hours a day. The company currently offers the "TOTAL MANAGEMENT" project to European, American and Asian companies that own the most famous commercial brands.
